Each week at Sunrise School, our young students will enjoy new weekly curriculums designed just for them!
🌟 Every session kicks off with Community Building Warm-Ups where campers engage in interactive games that foster teamwork, communication, and friendship.

Schedule Details:
Every month kicks off with Soccer, Basketball, and Ninja Fitness in Weeks 1-3, giving kids a consistent foundation to build confidence, skills, and teamwork. ⚽🏀🥷
In Week 4, the fun continues with a rotating sport — Badminton, Field Hockey, Baseball, or Golf — adding variety and excitement to the experience! 🏸🏑⚾🏌️♂️

Curriculum Descriptions:
Community Building Warm-Ups
campers will begin with interactive warm-ups that promote teamwork and help them get to know each other. Through fun games and activities, they’ll build connections, enhance communication, and create a supportive camp community.
Soccer (starting week 1)
Kids will explore soccer basics like dribbling, passing, and shooting through fun games. Focus is on teamwork, communication, and confidence-building.
Basketball (starting week 2)
This program enhances hand-eye coordination and basic basketball skills. Emphasis is on teamwork and social skills through interactive drills and mini-games.
Fitness & Ninja Training (starting week 3)
Dynamic obstacle courses and fitness challenges boost agility, strength, and confidence. Kids will develop problem-solving skills and strong social bonds in a high-energy setting.
Field Hockey (rotating in week4)
Children will learn stick handling, dribbling, and passing with soft equipment for safety. The curriculum promotes coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Badminton (rotating in week4)
Young players will discover the fundamentals of badminton, including serving, rallying, and proper racket handling. 🏸 Through fun drills and mini-matches, they’ll improve hand-eye coordination, balance, and teamwork while building confidence in a supportive environment.
Baseball (rotating in week4)
Kids will learn the basics of baseball, such as hitting, catching, and base running, using age-appropriate equipment. ⚾ The curriculum focuses on developing coordination, teamwork, and communication through engaging drills and fun scrimmages.
Golf (rotating in week4)
This program introduces kids to the essentials of golf, including proper grip, stance, and swing technique. 🏌️♂️ Using child-friendly equipment, they’ll practice putting, chipping, and driving while enhancing focus, patience, and sportsmanship.

About Your Coach:
Coach Doug, the owner of Phoenix Sports, is an experienced educator with a Master’s in Education and over 9 years of teaching experience. 📚
He combines his passion for teaching with 15+ years of sports coaching, creating a unique program that focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and essential life skills.
Coach Doug’s background ensures every session is both fun and developmentally enriching for young athletes.
