Phoenix Sports Returns and Refunds Policy

What if one day of my program is canceled?

Phoenix Sports hopes that programs are not cancelled. In the event that there is a weather related incident that makes it difficult to impossible to safely hold a specific camp. That missed day of camp will be ADDED to the end of the set schedule. This also pertains to any reason that Phoenix Sports might have cancel a camp from running.


Example: Soccer, Ages 2-3, 1/1 - 2/6 (missed camp, 1/7) the new end date for this camp would be 2/13.


What is the refund policy?

All customers are eligible to request a full refund should camps not be up to their standard. This is only valid if you attended ONE camp out of the amount you purchased and did not complete your purchased amount of camps. 

Example: You purchased 6 camps and on the first day you thought Phoenix Sports was not a good fit. You would be eligible for a full refund of 6 camps. 

This is NOT valid if you attended all 6 camps and then requested a refund. 


What is the cancelation policy?

If you need to miss or cancel a/or some camps out of your purchased amount. Your camps are eligible to ROLL-OVER to another set of camps. Please contact Phoenix Sports for siblings or group roll-overs. 

Example: You purchased 8 camps and miss 2. You can request that you make those up in another camp (soccer, baseball, basketball) within your age group in a new set of camps at a future date.
