Phoenix Sports Returns and Refunds Policy
Program Cancellation or Relocation Policy
Phoenix Sports hopes that programs do not get cancelled but occasionally, we don't have enough participants for the sports session to run effectively. We have a 4 participant minimum for each sports session. We hope that once you sign up, you encourage your friends and other families to participate with your young athlete.
In the event that your Phoenix Sports session is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will be notified prior to the session's start and receive a credit towards a future Phoenix Sports program.
Phoenix Sports programs do not change locations, but if an unforeseen circumstance was to prohibit the program from taking place at the agreed upon location. We will notify you prior the programs start. If you can not make it to the new location, you will receive a credit for the day's session in the form of a gift card or to your account e-wallet.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Phoenix Sports has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Phoenix Sports does offer refunds for camps that go unfilled or a schedule change occurs and you can't make it. Phoenix Sports must be notified 24 hours before the time of the session to receive a full amount in the form of a gift card or to your account e-wallet. You must contact Phoenix Sports to start the cancellation process. A Phoenix Sports gift card will never expire. You may use it towards another sports session purchase.
Weather Cancellation/ Postponement Policy
If weather prohibits the days camp from taking place. Phoenix Sports will notify you 1 hour to 15 minutes before the start of the camp. This time variation is based on the changing weather. If Phoenix Sports explicitly calls, texts, or emails about the days camps being canceled or postponed. Then the days camp will be added to the end of the total camp cycle.
If the camp can not be added to the end of the cycle. Then Phoenix Sports will refund the canceled days full amount in the form of a gift card or to your accounts e-wallet.
Example: Paid camp from 1/23 to 3/13 (8 camps). Camp on 1/23 is postponed. Therefore, the new total camp dates are 1/30 to 3/20. That missed camp will be added to end of the total camp cycle.
Going to miss a session?
*You must contact Phoenix Sports 48 hours prior to begin the process.
Phoenix Sports does not offer refunds if you miss a session. If you know 48 hours (2 days) in advance that you may miss a session and you have notified Phoenix Sports within that time frame. Phoenix Sports will contact you individually and discuss how to credit you the missed sessions fee.
