Our Enrichment program not only includes multi-sports such as soccer, basketball, baseball, field hockey and martial arts, but also features a weekly positive health curriculum with structured lesson plans to inspire healthy habits and confidence.

Weekly Themes:

Each week, students will participate in a dynamic mix of multi-sports, fitness, and STEM-themed art activities that promote healthy living, essential life skills, and sports skills, ensuring they come home both tired and excited for the next week!

Here are some examples:

General Curriculum:

Martial Arts Curriculum: Athletes will focus on basic strikes, kicks, and defensive moves, as well as fun ninja themed obstacles. The curriculum will emphasize discipline, self-control, and technique to improve their martial arts skills and knowledge. Teamwork and RESPECT will also be key elements.

 

Soccer Curriculum: Athletes will concentrate on dribbling, passing, and shooting, as well as defensive and offensive situations. The curriculum will emphasize team-building exercises, ball control, and positional play strategies to significantly ENHANCE their soccer knowledge and skills.

 

Basketball Curriculum: Athletes will develop their dribbling, passing, shooting, and layup skills, alongside defensive and offensive situations. Emphasis will be placed on team-building exercises, ball control, and positional play strategies to comprehensively IMPROVE their basketball knowledge and performance.

 

Baseball Curriculum: Athletes will work on fielding, throwing, hitting, and hand-eye coordination, in addition to defensive and offensive situations. The curriculum will focus on team-building exercises and positional play strategies to effectively GROW their baseball knowledge and abilities.

 

Fitness Curriculum: Athletes will engage in agility drills, bodyweight exercises, balance exercises, and hand-eye coordination activities. The curriculum will include team-building exercises and team relay races to educate and enhance their fitness and health knowledge, fostering a holistic UNDERSTANDING of physical well-being.

 

Field Hockey Curriculum: Athletes will develop fundamental field hockey skills, focusing on dribbling, passing, shooting, and defensive techniques. The curriculum will integrate stick-handling drills, small-sided games, and tactical exercises. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, communication, and strategic play, ensuring a COMPREHENSIVE grasp of the game. 

 

Flag Football Curriculum: Athletes will develop fundamental flag football skills, focusing on passing, catching, running routes, and defensive positioning. The curriculum will integrate agility drills, small-sided games, and play-calling exercises. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, communication, and strategic decision-making, DEVELOPING a comprehensive grasp of the game.

 

Healthy Lifestyle and Living Curriculum: Participants will explore the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle, focusing on nutrition, physical activity, personal hygiene, and emotional well-being. The curriculum will integrate interactive activities and engaging discussions. Emphasis will be placed on making healthy choices, understanding the importance of a balanced diet, and developing lifelong habits, ENSURING an understanding of healthy living.

 

Creative Art Curriculum: Ignite your child's creativity with our fun, non-competitive art program. We explore drawing, painting, sculpting, and more through engaging activities that inspire imagination. Our curriculum also emphasizes patience, confidence, and communication, FOSTERING creativity and life skills.
