Program: Fun Fitness & Obstacles

What to Expect:

A unique curriculum centered on health education, teamwork, and physical fitness. Kids will thrive in 50-minute, age-appropriate classes designed to enhance their physical well-being, build confidence, and develop a positive mindset.

 

Times: 9:10 - 10:00 AM

Schedule:
7/17 - Start of 6 class set

7/24 - 5 classes left

7/31 - 4 classes left

8/7 - 3 classes left

8/14 - 2 classes left

8/21 -LAST DAY OF CLASSES

 

Team-based fitness activities

• Peer interaction to solve tasks
• Developing problem-solving skills
• Obstacles that promote problem solving
• Exercises that help develop healthy muscle growth

 

Focus Areas:

Activities Include:

• Health and nutrition lessons
• Teamwork-based obstacles
• Tumbling, jumping, and agility drills
• Battle ropes, resistance training, and more!
• Note: Activities may vary each week.

What to bring:

• Water, small snack if needed
• Close toed shoes and athletic clothes
• NO personal sports balls
• Sunscreen

Phoenix Fit is led by a former Kelly Elementary PE instructor with over a decade of experience. Phoenix FIT is tailored to meet kids at their current fitness levels, enhancing their skills and fostering growth through fun and educational activities.
