Welcome to PlayPass, your flexible, no-hassle sports membership for kids ages 2–7. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for PlayPass Lite subscription and one-time packages, updated with our simplified rollover policy.

 

📅 Scheduling & Class Access

PlayPass Lite
• Includes up to 5 classes per month
• Attend any day, any location, any sport
• Choose Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Encinitas locations
• Share across siblings, mix-and-match days
• Includes custom jersey (add sibling jersey for $20)
• Access to summer/post-summer camp discounts

PlayPass Plus
• Includes up to 7 classes per month
• Attend any day, any location, any sport
• Choose Carlsbad, Oceanside, and Encinitas locations
• Share across siblings, mix-and-match days
• Includes custom jersey (add sibling jersey for $20)
• Access to summer/post-summer camp discounts

 

✅ RSVP Policy

• RSVP via the Google Calendar to hold your spot
• Scan the QR code at check-in to log attendance
• You can switch sports mid-class with coach approval

 

🔁 Rollover Policy (Simple & Generous)

You can carry over 1 unused class per billing cycle — just use it within the following 30 days!

🔍 How It Works: PlayPass Lite
• Every month, you receive 5 flexible class credits
• If you only use 4, we’ll roll 1 into the next month
• You can never hold more than 1 extra rollover at a time
• Rollover credits expire after 30 days if unused

• Every month, you receive 7 flexible class credits
• If you only use 5, we’ll roll 1 into the next month
• You can never hold more than 1 extra rollover at a time

💳 Subscription Terms

• Subscription renews every 30 days from your start date
• Cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid charges
• Cancel within 7 days = prorated refund
• If no classes attended within 7 days = full refund
• After 7 days = use balance or gift it to a friend
• Cancel + rejoin immediately? One-time rate applies before resuming

🚫 Refunds & Expirations

• We do not offer long-term class banking or multi-month rollovers
• Unused credits expire can be used if membership canceled
