We split athletes by developmental stage for safe, science-backed conditioning:

Ages 16m-20m: 8:50 - 9:25 AM (35 min)
• Stability, Sensory Fun, Texture exploration.

Ages 20m-24m: 9:35 - 10:10 AM (35 min)
• Coordination, Stop/Start, Early Kicking.

Ages 2-3 yrs: 10:20 - 10:55 AM (35 min)
• Jumping, Throwing, Obstacle Sequencing.

Ages 3-4 yrs: 11:05 - 11:40 AM (35 min)
• Agility, Directional Movement, Team-Play
