Fun Multi-Sport & STEM Day Camp
Kids will enjoy fun sports like soccer, basketball, and field hockey, ninja fitness obstacles, and much more. They'll learn about healthy habits and explore fun STEM projects with exciting weekly themes.

Hours & Drop-Offs:

• Full-Day: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Half-Day: Any 4 Hours
• Half-Day: 4hrs start when you drop off

Rotations Description

Campers will rotate through age-based stations: sports, fitness, obstacle courses, and art. Each station blends skill-building with fun, guided by experienced coaches who ensure a playful and engaging atmosphere. Kids will learn, socialize, and have a blast at every station.

 

Sports Curriculum for Ages 3-9

Community Building Warm-Ups
campers will begin with interactive warm-ups that promote teamwork and help them get to know each other. Through fun games and activities, they’ll build connections, enhance communication, and create a supportive camp community.

Soccer
Kids will explore soccer basics like dribbling, passing, and shooting through fun games. Focus is on teamwork, communication, and confidence-building.

Basketball
This program enhances hand-eye coordination and basic basketball skills. Emphasis is on teamwork and social skills through interactive drills and mini-games.

Field Hockey
Children will learn stick handling, dribbling, and passing with soft equipment for safety. The curriculum promotes coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Fitness & Ninja Training
Dynamic obstacle courses and fitness challenges boost agility, strength, and confidence. Kids will develop problem-solving skills and strong social bonds in a high-energy setting.

Creative Art
Children express themselves through drawing, painting, and crafting. The focus is on creativity, fine motor skills, and positive self-image while encouraging social interaction.

Coaches Choice
Coaches will select engaging, age-appropriate activities to keep campers active and entertained, with a focus on teamwork, confidence, and fun.

Weekly Themed Schedule & Details

🔬 Mad Science Mondays:
Kids explore science with exciting experiments like slime-making and rocket launching.

🎨 Tie-Dye Tuesdays:
Campers create vibrant art on t-shirts, crafting memorable and colorful masterpieces.

🤪 Fort Building Wednesdays:
Imagination takes center stage as kids build forts and enjoy silly games and wacky hairdos.

🏃‍♂️ Ninja Warrior Thursdays:
Campers tackle obstacle courses and master martial arts moves, feeling like real-life ninjas.

🎈 Water Fun Fridays:
Fridays are for splashing fun with water games and surprise treats, ending the week with a splashy celebration.

Our Philosophy: 

Phoenix Sports is owned and directed by Coach Doug, who holds a multiple subject credential in education with over 9 years of classroom experience with grade TK-3.

Coach Doug was also a previous Carlsbad Unified PE instructor at Kelly Elementary. Our curriculum focuses on the whole child while promoting sports skills and developmental life skill through fun activities that coach the fundamentals, teamwork, confidence, socialization, and communication.
