Micro-Mobility (18m – 24m)

No more wobbly steps! Your active toddler will build essential ankle strength and balance navigating soft sand dunes and sensory texture trails. We channel their new mobility into fun 'heavy work' carrying games and simple obstacle climbing.

Toddler Agility (2 – 3 yrs)
9:35 – 10:10 AM

Turn that boundless energy into athletic focus with 'Stop & Go' impulse games and dynamic jumping challenges. Athletes master two-footed hops, climbing, and early soccer skills while building core strength on the shifting sand.

Beach Kinetics (3 – 4 yrs)
10:20 – 10:55 AM

Watch them conquer complex 'Sand Castle' obstacle courses that teach sequencing, memory, and agility. This class combines explosive power drills with imagination, helping preschoolers master throwing, catching, and multi-step movement.

Sand Speed (4 – 5 yrs)
11:05 – 11:40 AM

Real athletic conditioning disguised as beach fun! Pre-K athletes develop speed, reaction time, and teamwork through fast-paced agility ladders, lateral shuffles, and sport-specific relay races.
