This beach-based Sports Fitness class focuses on agility, speed, balance, and full-body conditioning using dynamic movement circuits and games 🏃⚡ Soccer footwork, dribbling, and kicking are layered in as part of the fitness experience on sand ⚽🌊

He designs every session with both the athlete and the whole child in mind — mixing structure, creativity, movement, and joy ✨
