🏖️ How the Beach Package Works
When you book a VIP Beach Package, you get the exclusive permitted beach space for a total of 3 hours!
Your Time on the Sand:
You can come on at your scheduled time to get settled, set up tables, and start the birthday festivities (3 hour permit). During this time, you are permitted to have food delivered directly to the beach!
90 Minutes of Action:
Phoenix Sports will join in and run our high-energy sports and activities for 90 minutes and then we leave. You have the permit for 3 total hours.
Keep the Party Going:
After our 90 minutes are up, our coaches will leave, and the space is all yours for the remainder of your scheduled 3-hour time to eat, relax, and celebrate.
🚫 Important Note:
No alcohol or bartending services are permitted (this requires an extra permit and an extra cost).

Scheduling Breakdown
⏱ First 10 Minutes
Warm-up game with silly activities 🤪 to get everyone running and having fun, using one or both chosen sports.
⏱ Next 25-35 Minutes
First sports activity, the birthday child chooses:

Single Sport Option
Selecting one sport combines both time blocks into one full 50–60 minute session, with coaches mixing games, scrimmages, and obstacle challenges to keep the experience active and engaging.
⏱ Last 20 Minutes
End with an epic dodgeball game 🔥 or a thrilling water fight 💦 (weather permitting, and upon request).
