Welcome to Trailhead Explorers Enrichment. Our goal is to keep policies clear, flexible, and parent-friendly while maintaining the structure needed to offer a safe, consistent, and high-quality outdoor program.

Please review the information below so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

Program Options & What You Are Purchasing

A. Monthly Enrollment

Monthly plans reserve your child’s spot on specific day(s) each week for the entire month.

Monthly Rates
• 1 Day/Week — $209/month
• 2 Days/Week — $379/month
• 3 Days/Week — $519/month

What Monthly Enrollment Includes
• Personalized Jersey
• Reserved, guaranteed weekly spot
• Lowest price per hour
• Access to our credit system
   • You can make-up a missed day at any program we offer
• Ability to request a day swap when space is available

What Monthly Enrollment Does Not Include
• Refunds for missed days
• Prorated Monthly Registration for missed days

B. Flexible Class Packs

Families purchase a set number of days and schedule as needed.

Class Pack Rates
• 6-Day Pack — $319
• 8-Day Pack — $399
• 12-Day Pack — $519

What Class Packs Include
• Use days on any available Trailhead Explorers session
• Days can be scheduled in advance or week-to-week
• Packs can be shared among siblings
• Credits must be used within Native School Calendar semester
• Missed scheduled day returns to your pack

2. Missed Day Policy (Monthly & Class Packs)

Phoenix Sports follows a simple flexibility guarantee:
You never lose a paid class.

If your child misses a scheduled day for any reason, you receive a Class Credit.

Credits may be used for:
• Future Trailhead Explorers seasons
• Phoenix Sports holiday or summer camps
• Any Phoenix Sports enrichment program
• Siblings or friends
Credits do not expire.

3. Scheduling & Attendance
Monthly Enrollment
• Your child attends on the chosen day(s) each week
• If you need to request a one-time schedule change, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate
• Missed days automatically convert into credits
Class Packs
• Reserve days through the parent portal or by contacting our office
• Scheduled days are subject to availability
• If a scheduled day is missed, it returns to your pack

4. Weather & Safety
Trailhead Explorers runs rain or shine with appropriate modifications (covered spaces, indoor lessons, adjusted activities).
If Phoenix Sports must cancel due to extreme or unsafe conditions (lightning, dangerous winds, flooding, etc.):
• You will receive a class credit equal to the canceled day
• Credits follow the same rules listed above

5. Refunds, Withdrawals & Account Changes
Refund Policy
• Monthly tuition is non-refundable
• Class Packs are non-refundable
• All unused value remains in your account as credits
Withdrawal (Monthly Enrollment)
• Please provide 30 days notice before the next billing cycle
• Any unused days convert into credits when you withdraw
Switching Plans
Families may switch from Monthly Enrollment to a Class Pack or vice-versa.
Unused days will be converted into credits for the new plan.

6. Credits, Transfers & Expiration
Credits Never Expire
All class credits remain in your account until you choose to use them.
Transfers
• Credits may be used for siblings
• Credits may be transferred to friends
• Credits may be applied to Phoenix Sports camps or enrichment programs

7. Drop-In Attendance
Drop-ins are welcome when space allows.
• Must confirm availability before arrival
• Payment due at time of drop-in (cash, card, Venmo depending on location)

8. What to Bring
For safety and comfort, please send your child with:
• Water
• Snacks
• Closed-toe shoes
• Layers for changing weather
• Sun protection or rain gear as needed

9. Behavior, Safety & Program Expectations
Phoenix Sports maintains a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
We reserve the right to contact families if a child’s behavior creates unsafe conditions for themselves or others.

10. Program Calendar
Trailhead Explorers follows The Native School’s seasonal calendar.
No class on:
• Thanksgiving Week
• Posted holiday closures
• Any emergency park closure or unsafe weather event

11. Communication
We notify families by email or text for:
• Weather adjustments
• Site changes
• Safety updates
• Staff emergencies
• Scheduling confirmations
Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

12. Agreement
By enrolling in Trailhead Explorers Enrichment, families acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above. These policies ensure a flexible, parent-friendly system that still allows us to provide safe staffing, consistent programming, and a high-quality experience for all participants.
