Withdrawal Policy 

Phoenix Sports policy: If you wish to withdraw from Phoenix Sports at Goddard School, simply notify us via email at gophoenix@gophoenixsports.com. Please include your intent to withdraw.

• Important: Phoenix Sports is a year-round program. Until written notice is received, your child will continue to be brought to class, and you will be responsible for tuition.

• If Withdrawal is Notified Late: If you fail to notify Phoenix Sports prior to an activity day and your child attends class, you will be prorated for the attended class, and we will refund the remaining balance upon request.

 

Roll-Over & Make-Up Policy for Missed Classes

If your child misses a class due to illness or another absence (excluding holidays or school closures), Phoenix Sports offers the following make-up options:

1. Double Day Make-Up:

Your child may attend two classes in one week (e.g., attend both Monday and Wednesday) to make up for the missed session. This must occur within the same calendar month.

Example: If your regular class is Monday, you can attend a Wednesday session that same week.

2. Extended Day Option:

Your child may stay for two back-to-back sessions on the same day (e.g., 9:00–9:40 and 9:50–10:30) within the same calendar month to make up for the missed class.

Please contact us in advance to confirm space availability.

3. Make-Up at a Non-Goddard Location:

Your child may attend a Phoenix Sports program outside of Goddard (e.g., weekend or community classes) as a make-up option.

🔒 No Prorated Credits or Rollovers:

All make-ups must occur within the same calendar month as the missed class. Phoenix Sports does not prorate or roll over payments into the following month for any reason.

 

Year-Round Class Policy

Your monthly payment covers four weekly classes, with some months offering five classes. These extra sessions are built in to accommodate school holidays or scheduled closures, per the Goddard School calendar. These bonus classes are not counted as make-ups but as part of the regular monthly schedule.

 

Tuition Policy

Phoenix Sports policy:

• Monthly Tuition: Tuition is auto-drafted on the 1st of each month and covers four weekly classes.

• Declined Payments: If your payment method is declined, you will receive an email to update your card on file. Our system will attempt to draft payment at the end of each week throughout the month.

• Delinquent Payments: If your payment remains delinquent for 2 weeks, we will remove your child from the roster and fill their spot with another student from the waitlist.

Pause Enrollment Request

Phoenix Sports policy:

• If you need to pause your enrollment for an extended period, you may submit a pause request via email to gophoenix@gophoenixsports.com. Please include the dates and reason for pausing enrollment.

• Our team will respond to confirm receipt of your request.

• Agreement: By acknowledging and approving these policies and procedures, you confirm that you have read and understand them.

Phoenix Sports Personalized Jersey

• Upon registration, your child will receive a Phoenix Sports personalized jersey with their name on the back. Phoenix Sports will contact you to confirm the name.

• Phoenix Sports also offers additional personalized jerseys for sale on the website. You may purchase extra jerseys for your child, siblings, or as replacements for lost or damaged jerseys.
