Missed Day, Missed Week, or Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to offer flexibility for our campers and their families:

Making Up Missed Days:

• Flexible Rescheduling: If your child misses a day, you can arrange a make-up day during another week, subject to availability.

• Prorated Adjustments: Alternatively, the value of the missed day can be applied as a credit toward future sessions.

Example: If a full day is missed, you can either schedule a make-up full day later or apply the monetary equivalent toward another week, reducing the cost accordingly.

Cancellations by Phoenix Sports:

 • Rescheduling Options: In the event that Phoenix Sports cancels a day or week of camp, you may choose an alternative date that fits your schedule to make up for the missed session.

• Unable to take Credit: In the event that Phoenix Sports cancels and you are unable to accommodate a schedule change to another week or program that we offer. Phoenix Sports will provide a full refund.

Credit and Roll-Over Policy for Summer 2025:

 • Flexible Attendance: Missed days or weeks can be credited toward any other 2025 summer camp sessions, allowing you to mix and match days as needed.

 • Program Versatility: If you’re unable to attend any remaining 2025 summer camps, your credit can be applied to other Phoenix Sports programs.

Example: A $369 payment for a 5-day full-day camp can be used toward any other program we offer, ensuring you receive full value for your investment.
