Life happens, and we don't think you should be punished for it. We ditched the rigid, location-locked franchise model to give you total control over your child's sports schedule. Here is your step-by-step breakdown of how it works:
1. Choose Your Door
You aren't buying a specific day or time; you are buying digital credits for your child's age group.
- 40 Min Credit: Designed for ages 18 months to 5 years.
- 60 Min Credit: Designed for ages 4 to 9 years (includes advanced skills and scrimmages).
- All-Access Mix & Match: Total freedom across both tiers!
2. Grab Your Flex Bundle
- No Expiration Dates: Buy a bundle of credits (our All-Access 8-Pack is the most popular at $256) and use them whenever you want. Your credits never expire.
- Total Freedom: Book a Tuesday in Encinitas this week, skip a week for a family trip, and drop into a Saturday class in Carlsbad the next.
3. Play & Save (The Milestone Loop)
Every time you attend, your child earns a sticker on their Awesome Athlete Card!
- 8 Stickers: Triggers on-field fireworks, plus a physical certificate!

🛡️ The Golden Rules of Flex
To keep our classes packed with energy and protect our coaches' time, we have a few simple guidelines:
- Cancel Anytime: Cancel any class 15 mins prior to the class start time and get your credit back. No questions asked.
- The 9:00 PM Go/No-Go Rule (Morning Classes): Classes need a minimum of 2 kids booked by 9:00 PM the night before a morning 9:00 AM class. If a class misses this mark, we auto-cancel it, refund your credit, and notify you instantly!
- The 12:00 PM Go/No-Go Rule (Afternoon Classes): Classes need a minimum of 2 kids booked by 12:00 PM the same day for our afternoon (3:00 PM+) classes. If a class misses this mark, we auto-cancel it, refund your credit, and notify you instantly!
Check Your Status:
If you receive no notification, that means your class is a go! You can always jump online, sign in, visit your profile page, and click "My Booked Classes" to see how many spots are available. (Example: If it says "4 of 12 spots available," that means 8 kids are participating and we are a go!)
