Phoenix Sports: Universal Cancellation, Credit & Refund Policy

1. The "Life Happens" Guarantee & Roll-Over Credits At Phoenix Sports, we prioritize customer satisfaction and understand that raising kids means schedules change and sickness happens. Because we are an "Anti-Franchise" program, we don't penalize you for missing a day. All paid and registered Phoenix Sports programs qualify for roll-over credits in the event of an absence for any reason.

1. Never Expire: Your purchased class bundles and roll-over credits will never expire. They can always be applied to a future Phoenix Sports program for your child or a sibling.
2. Ultimate Flexibility: Missed a class? Apply the credit to another sport, use it for a Saturday Flex class, or subtract the class’s dollar amount from a future camp registration.

2. The 15-Minute Cancellation Window & Parental Responsibility Parents have full autonomy to self-cancel an upcoming class booking directly from their profile up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Doing so will instantly refund the credit back to your family pool.

1. No-Shows & Forgotten Cancellations: If you miss a class and fail to cancel within the 15-minute window, the system will officially consume the credit. However, if you contact our support team and let us know you missed the session, we will happily manually restore that credit to your account.
2. Parental Responsibility: We do not proactively audit accounts for no-shows or unused credits. It is entirely the parent's responsibility to manage their child's schedule, cancel on time, or reach out to our team if a missed-class credit needs to be manually restored.

3. Credit Upgrades & Sibling Transfers Credits are fully transferable across siblings and programs. If your child ages out of our 40-Minute program and moves up to a 60-Minute program, your credits move with them! Simply contact us, and we will convert your remaining 40-minute credits into 60-minute credits and apply a prorated invoice for the price difference.

4. Weather Cancellations & Postponements If it is raining or conditions are deemed unsafe 30-40 minutes before class begins, parents will receive a call or text notification of cancellation.

1. Rescheduling: The missed class/camp will automatically be added to the end of the session (e.g., an 8-week session ending April 19 with one rain-out will be extended to April 26).
2. If adding a week is not possible, a roll-over credit will be applied to your account for future use.

5. Standard Refund Guidelines ("Just Not the Right Fit") Because our credits never expire and can be used at any Phoenix Sports program, our default is to issue account credits rather than cash refunds. However, if you or your child do not enjoy the class or feel they are not ready for Phoenix Sports, we will oblige a refund request.

1. The Drop-In Deduction Rule: If a cash refund is processed mid-enrollment, any classes your child has already attended will be deducted from your refund total at the standard single-class drop-in rate ($37 or $40), rather than the discounted bundle rate. The cost of any personalized jerseys or gear received will also be deducted.
2. No Refunds For: Non-attendance of a scheduled class without notice, unscheduled class cancellations by Phoenix Sports, or school site/field closures due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or health crises.

6. Full-Day & Half-Day Camp Cancellations If a Phoenix Sports camp is running and you choose not to attend (due to weather, vacation, illness, etc.), or if you need to proactively cancel your registration, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, your payment is completely protected through our flexible credit system.

1. Roll-Over to Next Week: Your missed camp days can be rolled over and applied directly to the following week of camp.
2. Prorated Discount: Alternatively, you can convert your unused camp days into a prorated discount to be applied toward any future Phoenix Sports purchase, such as a flexible class bundle or a different seasonal camp.

7. Competitor Transfer & Promotional Offers If you are currently enrolled in another soccer program, we offer a complimentary two-class trial with Phoenix Sports.

1. Program Transfer Credit: If you continue with Phoenix Sports after your trial, we will credit the amount paid for your previous program towards our classes (valid receipt required).
2. Missed Classes Reimbursement: If you choose to return to your original program after the trial and missed two classes due to scheduling conflicts, Phoenix Sports will reimburse you for those missed sessions (proof of payment required).
