Phoenix Sports Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy & Roll-Over Credits

At Phoenix Sports, we prioritize customer satisfaction. All paid and registered Phoenix Sports programs qualify for roll-over credits in the event of an absence for any reason. Your purchased camp or class will not be lost and can always be applied to a future Phoenix Sports program for your child or a sibling.

Roll-Over Credits Apply When:

1. The customer decides not to attend a paid session.
2. Phoenix Sports postpones a session due to weather.
3. Phoenix Sports is unable to host a camp.
4. The weather is unfavorable.

How to Use Credits (Examples):

1. Missed a class? Apply the credit to another sport or subtract the class’s dollar amount from a future camp registration.
2. Missed one soccer class? Register for the next 8-class session, but only pay for 7 while attending all 8.

2. Standard Refund Guidelines

If you or your child do not enjoy the class or feel they are not ready for Phoenix Sports ("Just Not the Right Fit"), we will process a prorated refund for the remaining unused classes. If you withdraw your child mid-enrollment, a refund will be issued for the remaining unused sessions, while missed classes will be credited as a roll-over for future use.

Refunds are NOT issued for:

1. Non-attendance of a scheduled class.
2. Unscheduled class cancellations by Phoenix Sports.
3. School site or field closures due to inclement weather, natural disasters, government emergencies, or health crises.

3. Competitor Transfer & Promotional Offers

If you are currently enrolled in another soccer program, we offer a complimentary two-class trial with Phoenix Sports.

1. Program Transfer Credit: If you continue with Phoenix Sports after your trial, we will credit the amount paid for your previous program towards our classes (valid receipt required).
2. Missed Classes Reimbursement: If you choose to return to your original program after the trial and missed two classes due to scheduling conflicts, Phoenix Sports will reimburse you for those missed sessions (proof of payment required).

4. Bundle Pack Policies

1. Refunds: Bundle packs are non-refundable.
2. Expiration: Both 8-class and 15-class bundles expire 8 months from the date of purchase.
3. Re-Credits / Cancellations: To receive a class re-credit, you must provide at least a 1-hour notice of cancellation. No-shows without prior notice will not be re-credited.

5. Weather Cancellations & Postponed Camps

If it is raining or conditions are deemed unsafe 30-40 minutes before class begins, parents will receive a call or text notification of cancellation.

1. Rescheduling: The missed class/camp will automatically be added to the end of the session (e.g., an 8-week session ending April 19 with one rain-out will be extended to April 26).
2. If adding a week is not possible, a credit will be applied to your account for future programs.

6. Full-Day & Half-Day Camp Refund Tiers

If a Phoenix Sports camp is running and you choose not to attend (due to weather, vacation, etc.), the payment is not refundable for that day, but a credit will be issued. For proactive cancellations, refunds are based on the following schedule:

Day-Of Cancellation Credits:

Credits issued for day-of cancellations can be applied to any full/half-day camp, school holiday camp, or other sports camp. They may also be transferred to a sibling or split across multiple future programs.
