Description: In the multi-sports camp. Young athletes will focus on soccer and baseball/softball. Through the sessions of the camp, athletes will focus on the fundamentals, teamwork, and communication skills necessary to learn and progress in the individual sport. Each camp will improve upon the previous session. Teaching your athlete to learn and grow. At the end of the camp, your athlete will have learned good sportsmanship, teamwork, social interaction skills, and the fundamentals to build upon. Your athlete will be able to adapt what they learn in camp into important life skills for the future.
Skills Focus: We will help the young athletes learn and develop fundamental skills of each sport. We will help your athlete with large motor skills, balance, and coordination. No previous experience is necessary.
Skill level: Introductory (Beginner)
At this introductory ability level our staff will help ensure your athlete gets the greatest opportunity to learn the fundamentals of each sport and develop an appreciation for physical activity. As well as set a lifelong enthusiasm for the sport.
Progression: Each session is designed to build on the previous session. Each athlete will enhance skills learned from the previous session while learning new skills.
- One small snack and a water bottle
Gear: Camp provides soccer balls and baseballs, hitting tee, hand sanitizer, disposable masks
- Age appropriate athletic clothing, water bottle, comfortable running shoes, sunscreen.
- (NO open toed shoes)
- Bring your OWN baseball mitt
- Optional: shin guards and cleats
